JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 have submitted that dispute between the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna where the petitioner and opposite party No. 2 settled their dispute in terms of the agreement as entered between them which is the part of Mediator report dated 17.08.2017.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner may be considered as at present she has no any grievance against the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2423 of 2017 (6) dt.22-08-2017 petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of two weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Complaint Case No. 284 of 2015.
