ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-08-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 26.10.2005 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Criminal Appeal No. 27 of 2002/7 of 2005, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 26.07.2002 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in G.R. Case No. 983 of 1995 (Tr. No. 144 of 2002), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 323, 447 and 427 IPC and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for two years. Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference with the same.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.943 of 2005 dt.18-08-2015 However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the application stands dismissed.
