ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 14.12.2004 by which the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur has dismissed the C.R. No. 959 of 2000 under Section 203 Cr.P.C.

It has been submitted that in the facts of the case a clear case of rape is made out but the Court below dismissed the Complaint.

In view of such, the matter is remanded to the Court below to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed off.
