BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 06-10-2023 Learned counsel for the respondents has filed showcause along with Annexures- 'B' and 'C' to the extent that there is compliance to the order of this Court dated 07.03.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8385 of 2021.

2. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that certain amount of arrears of pension is stated to be pending consideration in the concerned Treasury.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition

Patna High Court MJC No.1441 of 2022(7) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 stands dropped. If there is any delay in disbursement of the arrears of pension in the office of the concerned Treasury, the petitioner is at liberty to file an interlocutory application to review this order after two months.
