=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-07-2015 No one appears on behalf of the private Opposite Parties. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 22.9.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. Vth, Bettiah, West Champaran in Sessions Trial No.304 of 2004, by which he has refused the prayer of the Petitioner under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Having considered the impugned order, I find that it was for good reason that such a prayer was disallowed. Hence, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed.
