JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 110/16, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier the petitioners were on police bail and they have never misused the privilege of police bail.

In such view of the matter, let petitioner surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed the court below after considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27276 of 2018 (3) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 petitioners were on police bail and have not misused the privilege of bail as well as other submissions, shall pass an appropriate order, if possible on same day, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
