ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction in appeal dated 18.08.2005 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Criminal Appeal No. 28/04 of 2003/2005, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 10.03.2003 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Complaint Case No. 835 of 2000 (Tr. No. 611 of 2003), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Section 498A IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for two years and six months respectively and fine of Rs. 2,000/-.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any justification for interference with the same.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.832 of 2005 dt.11-08-2015 However, considering the period of custody and the relation-ship between the parties, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the Application stands dismissed.
