JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dharhara P. S. Case No. 298 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution case police raided the house of the petitioner and on seeing the police party, one person tried to flee away and on search, several articles including semi constructed magazine were recovered and petitioner is said to be engaged in manufacturing firearms.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except one semi constructed magazine,, there is no other articles, which appears to be objectionable. Petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

No.52607 of 2019(6) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Vishwajeet Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger, in connection with Dharhara P. S. Case No. 298 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that after release, he has to appear before the police of his local area for a period of one year or till the conclusion of the trial, whichever is earlier, so that the police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P. Munger, for needful.
