2. The present petition has been preferred for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4052 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of General Banking Officer Scale-II in Regional Rural Banks.

3. At the outset, learned Senior Counsel provided the order passed by the Patna High Court in LPA No. 1730 of 2017 by which the claim of the similar situate persons stand negated.

4. In the light of the said order, this writ petition also stands dismissed.
