JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- 1(i). For quashing the letter no. 2902/DHS dated 31.03.2023 issued by respondent no. 4 i.e. Civil Surgeon-Cum Member Secretary District Health Committee, East Champaran, Motihari addressed to the Deputy Superintendent of Sadar Hospital, Motihari as well as all in charge of Medical Officers and Block Health Managers, whereby direction has been issued that in view of Covid19 ANM and doctors who were appointed earlier their services is terminated with effect from 31.03.2023 and henceforth they shall not be allowed to work for the State Government.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10897 of 2023(2) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 (ii). For further direction upon the respondent authorities that since there is already more than 10000/- vacancies of ANM in the State of Bihar for which advertisement has already been issued vide advertisement no. 7/2022, the petitioner be absorbed on her earlier post upon which she was appointed in year 2020."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
