The writ application seeks a direction upon the respondents to restore the possession of the petitioner over the disputed land in the light of an interim order of status quo with respect to the disputed land passed by the Additional Munsif-3rd, Muzaffarpur in Title Suit No. 192 of 1990.

It has rightly been pointed out by the State that if the order has been treated in breach the petitioner has remedy

Patna High Court CWJC No.9272 of 2005 (4) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 before the Civil Court itself. The writ application appears to be mis-conceived .

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
