1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 474 of 2022 dated 10.07.2022 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners are that the petitioners have fair and clean antecedent and they themselves surrendered before the trial court on 24.04.2023 and since then they have been

No.47098 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/3 languishing in jail and against them, the investigation has been completed and in the FIR, there is no specific allegation against them. Further submissions are that the informant is not an eyewitness of commission of the alleged murder of his father and the allegation levelled by him is completely based on suspicion raised by him and the basis of the said suspicion is the information received by the informant from the villagers, hence there is no material against these petitioners except suspicion raised by the informant which clearly appears from the FIR itself. Further submission is that co-accused Umesh Ray @ Umesh Kumar, carrying similar nature of allegation, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.13227 of 2023.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.
5. Considering the above submissions and mainly taking into account the circumstances pointed out by the petitioners' counsel which go in favour of petitioners' bail prayer, this court is inclined to accept their bail prayer. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 474 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47098 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 3/3 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
