The petitioner claims that the aforesaid writ petition was filed by the opposite parties by impersonating some other person in place of the petitioner.

Even though this application has been filed in the year 2005, more than 12 years have passed, none appears to prosecute the matter. On the contrary, learned Writ Court had disposed of the matter with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer to grant certain protection to the petitioner. Keeping in view the totality in the circumstances,

Patna High Court MJC No.759 of 2005 (2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 no case is made out for making any indulgence into the matter. The application stands dismissed.
