The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he contended that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased.
