Admittedly, the impugned order dated 11.6.2012 passed in Land Ceiling Appeal No. 4 of 2008 by the respondent District Collector, Jamui is revisable under the provisions of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961.

In above view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after some argument, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file an appropriate revision petition before the prescribed revisional authority for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner with respect to the lands in question as

Patna High Court CWJC No.23358 of 2012 (4) dt.08-09-2016 2/2 also the order impugned.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
