Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner:

"That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned Memo No. 85 dated 9.10.2015 passed in Appeal Case No. 7/15 and Appeal Case No. 16/2015 whereby the District Teacher Appellate Tribunal, Rohtas, Sasaram has been affirmed the termination of the petitioner from the post of untrained Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged trained teacher certificate as contained in Annexure-10."

Taking into account that the order under challenge is passed by the District Appellate Authority, Rohtas, Sasaram in

Patna High Court CWJC No.5723 of 2016(2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 connection with Appeal Case No. 7/2015 and Appeal Case No. 16/2015, the petitioner is directed to file a statutory appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days. The State Appellate Authority shall dispose of the same within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
