2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 109, 118(1), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. The petitioners are in jail since 15.03.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43073 of 2025(3) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 counsel for the State have opposed the application of the petitioners and has submitted that the occurrence took place because the accused persons do not want the prosecution side to depose against them in another case.

7. Considering the period of custody of the petitioners and the fact that the victim has sustained injuries by hard and blunt substance and not by fire arm, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025.

9. The Superintendent of Police, Nawada is directed to give protection to the prosecution side under the Witness Protection Scheme till the trial of the present case be concluded.
