The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 78 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 448, 447, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, it cannot be said that the injuries on the husband cannot be attributed to the petitioners and they are artificial and self inflicted. There is previous criminal background of the petitioners, no case for anticipatory bail is made out and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55777 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 custodial interrogation is required to be made in this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application is dismissed.
