JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 The petitioners have alleged disobedience of the order dated 24.07.2015 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 12553 of 2013, whereby and whereunder the amendment petition filed by the petitioners has been allowed and the additional prayer made by the petitioners has been treated to be a part of the prayer of the main writ petition. Further, by the said order dated 24.7.2015, four weeks' time was granted to the respondents to file a counter affidavit.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that there is no need for proceeding further in the contempt petition, hence the present petition is dismissed.
