No. 4507 of 2014, the opposite parties have passed office order dated 23.09.2016, whereby and where under it has been held that the petitioner is not eligible for promotion.

In view of the aforesaid, the order of this Court dated 29.04.2014 has been fully complied with and, if so advised, the petitioner may challenge the order dated 23.09.2016 before the

Patna High Court MJC No.578 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2018 2/2 appropriate forum.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
