2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the bail application.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. There is recovery of one country made pistol from the petitioner who is in custody since 24.02.2025 and he claims to have only one criminal antecedent except the present case.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the fact that there is no other similar case pending against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Nauhatta Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As the petitioner claims to have only one criminal antecedent i.e. Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 84 of 2013, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case except Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 84 of 2013 and the present case then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted.

9. After being released on bail, the petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial by appearing personally till the framing of charge and after framing of charge he is directed to
