JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 This application has come at the instance of the petitioner for modification of para-3 of order dated 10.05. 2018 of this Court, wherein some facts had wrongly be typed. In such view of the matter, para-3 of order dated 10.05.2018 be read as follows:- "Allegation as per F.I.R. is that one Md. Akbar Ali has dashed the informant with his vehicle, causing injury to one Reja @ Sufi and when informant was taking the injured, the petitioners and others have assaulted the informant by lathi and rod, causing injuries and later on Reja @ Sufi succumbed to the injuries."
