1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, learned APP for the State.

2. The learned APP, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.12.2023 a counter affidavit is being filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, West, Patna. The counter affidavit is taken on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.12.2023 the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, as such he is not pressing the present quashing application and thus seeks permission to withdraw the same.
