In this case petitioner is seeking relief by initiating a contempt proceeding against the respondents making allegation of violation of the order dated 24.11.2011. A show cause has been filed by the State from where it appears that case of the petitioner was considered having been rejected on the ground that he was given earlier the benefits of promotion for which he was entitled to. As such, no case for contempt proceeding is made out. Petitioner, if so aggrieved, may challenge the order before any appropriate forum.
