It would appear that CWJC No. 15509 of 2007 dismissed due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 11.02.2015 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the above stated order could not comply with due to some unavoidable circumstances as the wife of learned counsel met an accident and got serious injury and that was the reason the concerned counsel could not take step to comply with the peremptory order of this Court.
Patna High Court MJC No.900 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 In view of the aforesaid submissions, CWJC No. 15509 of 2007 is restored to its original number and petitioner is directed to comply with the above stated order within two weeks from today.
