JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 The petitioner has complained of non-compliance of the order dated 12.05.2011 passed in CWJC no. 12369 of 2009, whereby and whereunder, the writ petition was disposed of with an observation that the Labour Board shall make endeavours to decide the matter expeditiously.
In view of the nature of direction issued by this Court, this Court finds that there is no violation of the order of this case dated 12.05.2011, hence the petition is dismissed.
