The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Simra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308. 448, 379, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that the petitioner and one Lakhrania Devi assaulted the informant through lathi and danda at her head and took away her ornaments and cash Rs. 20,000/-. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity and both the parties are agnates. Moreover, the injury is found simple in nature.

No.3515 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Simra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
