On limited issue having been raised at the time of hearing on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move before the Bihar Land Tribunal under Section 9 / 14 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2011 for assailing the impugned order as the petitioner has approached this Court without availing the statutory alternatively remedy.

In case such application is filed within one month along with a petition for condoning the delay in terms of proviso to Section 14(1), let the same be considered and decided by the
