Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that the investigation has already concluded and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4805 of 2017 (2) dt.22-05-2017 2/2 matter is fixed for framing of charge.

In the circumstances, this application has become infructuous and accordingly, it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the contentions at appropriate stage of the proceeding.
