Appellants have filed this Misc. Appeal under Order 41 Rule 19 read with Section 151 CPC for re-admitting the Second Appeal No. 503 of 1988 which was dismissed for default on 03.08.2012. As the aforesaid second appeal was dismissed for default, for readmission of the same under Order 41 Rule 19 CPC the MJC application would lie instead of M.A. Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to make necessary correction and to get this application converted into MJC application within two weeks.
