NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 16-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State Petitioner challenges the order of cancellation issued by the Subdivisional Officer, Rosera, Samastipur, by which his licence for the Public Distribution System shop being Licence No. 33 of 1990 has been cancelled vide order, dated 10.07.2000. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is a provision of appeal as provided under the Act. This writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority under the Act. If the petitioner files his appeal by 29th August, 2018, the delay, if any, would be liable to be condoned by the appellate authority.
