JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Findings are very much cogent and on valid reasons about the petitioner being registered in two different wards and even otherwise there is material which has come that she is not a regular resident of the ward in which selection is required to be made. There is some loaded material found against the petitioner, based on which selection was carried out.
If the object and purpose of such selection is contrary to the guidelines, the impugned order does not require to be interfered with. Writ application is dismissed.
