In the present case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that there was an agreement for providing a vehicle for the period 01.11.2013 to 30.10.2014 on specified feature and condition, a letter dated 13.10.2014 was issued that if the petitioner is interested, he may provide the vehicle in the old rate and he must send a proposal for the same. In pursuance thereof, the petitioner sent a proposal but, thereafter, no such follow up information has been received. Under the agreement in between the parties, the petitioner provided the vehicle, as per the agreed rate, the petitioner submitted the bill of Rs. 1,79,487/- and, out of that, only Rs. 53,642/- has been paid to him

Patna High Court CWJC No.3195 of 2015 dt.20-01-2017 and, after that, he is moving around without any success. In that view of the matter, the District Magistrate, Jehanabad is directed to examine the case of the petitioner, on enquiry it is found that the petitioner is entitled to more amount, that should be released in his favour without delay preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of an application by the petitioner along with a copy of this order. The District Magistrate, Jehanabad, while disposing of the case of the petitioner, will also examine that in the entire counter affidavit filed in this case, the respondents have not disputed the amount, in question.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
