Learned counsel for the State submits that the order of this Court has already been complied with which will be evident from Annexure-A dated 30.03.2016 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Danapur, a copy of which has been attached with the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.4. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court does not find any reason to proceed with the contempt application. It is dismissed accordingly.
