The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 485 of 2015, registered under Section 304(B)34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that date of occurrence is 19.08.2015 and F.I.R. has been filed on 15.09.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5129 of 2017 (3) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
