Learned counsel representing the State submits that in the present case charge-sheet has already been submitted against the main accused in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua being Charge-sheet No. 41/16 dated 30.10.2016. He also pointed out that the petitioner had earlier moved the writ application being no. 746 of 2016 which was withdrawn by the petitioner without having liberty. Considering the facts and circumstances under which the petitioner had moved this Court seeking an appropriate investigation of the case and now learned counsel for the State
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1092 of 2016(2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 has informed that a charge-sheet has already been submitted, this Court does not find any reason to proceed with the matter. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) avin/- U T
