Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not keeping good health and as such he has not availed remedy at appropriate time and considering the fact that the impugned order of punishment is dated 25.02.2016, the petitioner seeks to avail appropriate remedy for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
