The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1562C of 2018 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Sections 498(A), 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice was issued to opposite party no.2 (wife) and thereafter opposite party no.2 is living happily with her husband in her in-laws' house.
Learned counsel for the complainant submits that at present, the wife (opposite party no.2) is leading happy conjugal life with her husband but some protection may be granted.

No.41639 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts that conjugal relation is restored between the husband and the wife and both are leading happy conjugal life, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No.1562C of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
