The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was coming from the side of Chagharia Chowk after collecting money, he was chased by the petitioners and was stopped on the point of knife and thereafter, the accused persons have snatched a raincoat instead of money.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45711 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 this case and have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 26.05.2023.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023.

The petitioners will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
