The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikarhatta Police Station Case No. 82 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to grant the petitioner bail, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months from today.

Prayer is allowed.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
