2. This writ application has been filed for the issuance of a direction to the Collector, Motihari, East Champaran, to hand over the possession of respondent nos. 5 to 10 as per the schedule given to the Collector in his representation dated February 27, 2019. Those who are not giving possession of the said land registered in the name of the late Shiv Charan Mahato have also directed the Principal Secretary of the Education Department to pay the price of the land occupied by the school and give order to the Circle Officer Sugauli to enter the name of the petitioner in Register-II and issue the revenue receipt.

3. In view of the nature of the grievance, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Collector, East Champaran, District Motihari (respondent No. 2) within a period of eight weeks from today.

4. In the event such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the Collector, East Champaran, District Motihari

Patna High Court CWJC No.11690 of 2023(3) dt.11-01-2024 3/3 (respondent No. 2) is directed to dispose of the aforesaid representation after hearing the parties in accordance with the law, preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt/filing of the representation.
