The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from outside of the residence of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3522 of 2017 (3) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
