The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016 registered under Sections-30(a)(c)(d)/37(a)(b)/38(1)(2)/41(1)(2)of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor any incriminating article has been recovered from possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000-
