This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that she was appointed as contract teacher on the basis of production of forced academic certificate.
Submission of the petitioner is that in some civil writ matters this Court had granted concession to those teachers, who voluntarily resign to not to be prosecuted. The petitioner resigned in pursuance of that order within time.
Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two
