In view of the averments made in the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2, stating that a sum of Rs. 2,41,091/- has been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner by cheque dated 02.12.2016, which has not been controverted by the petitioner despite copy of the supplementary show cause having been served on his counsel on 13.04.2017 and also the fact that nobody has appeared today on behalf of the petitioner, the Court can safely presume that the order of the writ Court has been complied with.
