The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.246 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 2.985 liters Indian Made Foreign Liquor from the Banana Orchard belonging to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and the Banana Orchard from where the alleged recovery was made is far away from the house of the petitioner, where the general public can

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.246 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
