2. The learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 doesn't want to delay the further proceedings in the Court below and therefore, he submits that he has no objection if the application of the petitioner filed under Section 205 is allowed.

3. In view of the consent given by the opposite party no.2, this application is allowed. The order dated 27.03.2024 in connection with Complaint Case No. 6215© of 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st

4. The application of the petitioner filed under Section 205 of the Cr.P.C. is allowed with a condition that the petitioner will cooperate in the case in the Court below. He will appear on the dates as and when he is directed by the Court below. He will not dispute his identity and he will not delay the disposal of the case.
