2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 382 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 64(i), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim. The wife of the petitioner has also participated in the crime.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42200 of 2025(3) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

8. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

9. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
