The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 310 of 2020 registered under Section 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Krishna Sah. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.54840 of 2021(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 310 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
