The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 993 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to be married nand of the deceased. It has been submitted that she lived separate from the family of the deceased. It has further been submitted that husband of the informant is already in custody. As per written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. In the circumstances, prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4430 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 993 of 2016, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
